We are happy to announce we are at the beginning stages of reopening our office.
With many new guidelines that we will be implementing, under the Sea Dentistry and staff to assure you that your health and safety is and always has been our number one priority. Along with our normal safety procedures we will be adopting some new protocols that will help ensure a great visit and adhere to local and national guidelines. Some of these changes are as follows:
- Check-in will now be curbside. You will pull up to our building once you are parked you may text or call us to let us know you have arrived. When we are ready for you, we will reply to have you come in for your appointment.
- We will be doing COVID-19 pre-screening. This will start when confirming the appointment to verify any exposure you or your kids have had to the virus. Upon arrival, we will take the temperature of you and your child(ren).
- Appointments will be managed for social distancing allowing for reduced number of patients occupying the office at one time. We ask that only those patient(s) who are scheduled along with the parent be present for the appointment. If age allows, the parent is more than welcome to wait in the car during the appointment. If any information needs to be shared with you, we will arrange for that to happen while maintaining proper distance.
- We will have hand sanitizer throughout the office as needed. At this time masks are recommended but can be used at your discretion.
Please be aware some protocols can and most likely will change as we move forward. We appreciate your patience during this time.
If you had an appointment during our mandatory shut down, please know we are doing our best to get you back on the schedule in a timely manner, while adhering to all new and existing guidelines. This may take us some time to get everyone back on track. Rest assured; we will be working hard to make this happen.
We thank you for your support during these times and look forward to seeing everyone soon. If at any time you have any question regarding the steps we are taking to keep you and our staff safe, please feel free to call (360)891-9283 and the front office staff will be more than happy to answer any questions you have.
